After getting the "royal runaround" from another dealer in the Atlanta area, my husband and I happened upon Troncalli Subaru. What an amazing experience. They did not have the Forester that I wanted, but offered to special order it for me. We placed an order that day for "Lucy" our new red forester. They kept us informed as they received the Vin# and that it would be about 4 weeks more. "Lucy" arrived in 6 weeks from order date. Not only that, the price that we got for her was great, the purchasing time was not stressful at all and we really felt no pressure from start to finish. They spent so much time making sure that we were happy and informed of all of "Lucys" parts and gadgets. We could not be more pleased by all of our purchase experience. It was so low key and yes it was a fun and happy experience. Subaru Bob was so much fun and so knowledgable about the Subaru brand and parts and procedures. He even took us in and introduced us to the service dept people and scheduled our first oil change. Mike made all of the money part easy and low key as well. He was so personable and not like a "normal" pushy sales person at all. We had already been preapproved for the loan but he was able to match our great rate and make it easier. I had already priced and test drove Outbacks at other dealerships before I came to Troncalli. I was always impressed with the car, but the negotiated eals left something to be desired. Then, yesterday, I met Mike Barlow. I hadnt actually thought Id be driving away in my new Outback when I accompanied a neighbor on her first car shopping experience in over 18 years.
I recently leased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Troncalli. Over the years, I have purchased and leased many vehicles and have never had such a pleasurable experience as this. My sales representative, Stephanie Culver was honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and attentive to my needs. She made the whole experience seem more like a fun and exciting recreational event, rather than the typical car buying experience many dread.
Mike Lubanski, the GM and F&I guy gave me some great advice. He definitely had my best interest in mind as he dissuaded me from making a decision that would have potentially cost me a lot more money...And hes a bean counter with a personality to boot...Wow! What more could you ask for?! I gave several other dealers the opportunity to earn my business, one more local to me even had a slightly better price. In the end, I can say without any reservation...Troncalli Subaru is the best!!!
This Saturday, I left my car at Troncalli Subaru for an oil change. I noticed that on the door it said that on Saturdays the service department is open until 6. I got there to pick up my car at 4:25. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS CLOSED. I walked over to the sales department and the sales manager said that the people of the service department left at 4. The sales manager walked us back to the service department. I pointed to the sign on the door that said the service department was open until 6 on Saturdays. He seemed surprised.
The service manager looked around for the paperwork for my car but couldnt find it. He walked away to ask someone. While I was waiting, I noticed my paperwork sitting in the rear of the service reception area. I brought it to the service manager who spent about another ten minutes trying to find my car and then get it out of the locked lot.
When I got my car there, I pre-paid for oil changes. I will be back because of that, but I will wait while the work the work the next time.
Conrad is fantastic. The entire service department is always excellent to work with, though. He had my car in and out of the service center in about an hour. While waiting, I enjoyed free coffee, water, and a bit of television. :o)
We have been buying new cars for over 40 years now and this is by far our best experience. Bob was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Even though the car we wanted was not on the lot, Bob bent over backwards to locate one and get it delivered the very same day. Very impressive. And we got a great price with absolutely no haggling back and forth. Throughout the whole process everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. I just recently purchased a 2015 Crosstrek from Troncallii Subaru in Cumming. Our sales rep, Eric Kosa, could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly or courteous. Not sure what I really wanted he guided me in the right direction for my needs and price range. He was patient with my needs and wants in a new car and made every effort to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was able to get me the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with all the options I wanted in less than 4 hours. Delivery of the vehicle was quick and efficient. Overall, this is our second purchase from this dealership and have already recommended them to a neighbor looking for a new car.
Eric was awesome to work with! Helpful and informative about the new products. They took the time to make sure understood all the technology inside the cabin and how to operate the Bluetooth hands free system. We found a car from this dealership on Autotrader.com. We had been in contact with both Stephanie and Tom through emails and phone calls. We planned to drive 114 miles to look and potentially purchase a Forester. We called the night before to confirm that the car was still available. We spoke to Stephanie and she said that it was. We told her that we would be arriving between 12-2 the following day. Upon our arriving to the dealership, we saw the car and checked it out. Then, proceeded tointo the dealership where we waited for 10 minutes for someone to help us. When that didnt happen, I waited outside of Toms office until he recognized me standing there. We told him that we had come to look at the Forester. He replied saying that he sold it that morning. He said he didnt know that we were coming because Stephanie did not tell him of the conversation that she and I had the night before and he sold the car. He even dropped some curse words when he realized the mistake. This was after we drove 114 miles with a 6 and a 3 year old with us. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our experience and the lacking of professionalism.

We bought a 2013 Subaru Outback this week from Subaru Bob at Troncalli in Cumming and the experience was great! -áBob really earned this sale as we had been looking for over a year for a vehicle to replace a 2002 VW wagon. I scheduled an appointment for Memorial Day. I was surprised and delighted they were open for business although they probably would rather be cooking out or doing something else. My Forester was taken in for its 15k mile checkup as soon as I arrived and back in less than an hour. In the meantime, I exercised my dog in the grassy area. Hows that for service and multitasking?

I took my Subaru Forester that I currently owned to be serviced. While my car was being serviced, I walked around looking at the new 2014 Subaru Foresters and found one that I really liked. I spoke to Bob, as he was the one who helped me when I purchased my last car. He knew I was concerned about mileage and told me about the features of the 2014 Forester, one of the features being the improved gas mileage. Since I use my car to drive to different areas to help my clients, I was really interested. Bob took me to Mike Lubanski, who worked with me on the financing. I had been thinking of trading my small SUV to get a car with less miles to last me through retirement. I started test driving some cars to get a feel for the different vehicles I was considering. I spend the prior weekend at various dealerships with salesmen who knew alot (and kept talking to my husband instead of me!) or next to nothing about the cars. Some were putting on the pressure and one even suggested I not consider one of the cars I asked about because it was probably out of my affordability!!!! He didnt even know my name, run a credit report or anything! I would not have bought a car from him if it was the one I was just dying to have! My husband suggested I check out the Subarus, he had one about 5 years ago which we liked very well. When we got back home, he checked out the website for Troncalli Subaru and said I should give them a shot. On Monday I contacted them for more information and got a quick response from "Subaru" Bob. We set up a time to come in and test drive a Legacy that afternoon. It had started to rain when I arrived but Bob assured me this was Subaru weather. He had the car ready and I took it for a spin. I really liked the handling and it was relatively quieter than the other vehicles I was considering. What I liked most about my experience was "NO Pressure" sales. There was no Mutt and Jeff routine to talk me into paying more for the car or trying to get more for my trade. I wasnt introduced to ten other people who tried to convince me this is what I should buy. Bob took care of everything. I was really pleased with what they offered me for trade and with the special financing Subaru was offering, it was a no brainer that I would buy a new car as compared to the used vehicles I had been considering for same amount or more money. I just purchased a new 2013 Outback on 10/29/12.Bob"Subaru Bob" Cichocki was my sales person. It is my first time owning a Subaru and so I was pleasently surprised when I met Bob.He showed me all the features and patiently explained them as many times I asked. We originally looked at the subaru in August and told Bob we would not be purchasing until September. He didnt try to pressure us in any way to reconcider the purchase date.
When I picked up my new Subaru an item which I ordered was not on the car Bob immediately investigated and ordered the part. Several days later I emailed him and asked if I could also order side cargo nets. He told me no problem. he parts arrived and an appointment was set up to accommodate me.
I had a very disappointing experience with the salesman named Bob at Troncalli SUBARU dealership. It seemed that everything Bob did was actually a big favor. He never bothered to call back regarding a car I was interested in. I dont feel like returning to Troncalli for a purchase any time soon.
We bought our new Outback a couple weeks ago from Bob and we couldnt be happier. Bob was very patient with me no matter how many times I came in to test drive it or asked questions. The entire dealership was patient with our two small sons and we never felt any pressure to purchase. Once we did, Mike and Bob made everything so easy and we were in and out in about 2 hours. I have a 2001 Subaru Outback and the place I used tofor service had nearly convinced me that it was time to replace a car that I love due to some expensive repairs that they said needed to be done (transmission, etc.). I took it to Troncalli on recommendation from other Subaru owners and asked them to give me their honest opinion. Conrad introduced me to George - the Subaru whisperer. George gave it a once over and let me know there was nothing wrong with the transmission and that he thought it had another 100,000 miles left in it! There were only some normal wear and tear repairs that needed to be done. That was last March. We did the repairs and it has been running like a top since then.

Eventually, we settled on a reasonable price online and I went to the dealership on a Saturday and concluded my deal. Eric Kosa and Tom Martin and all of the staff were friendly and helpful and it wasnt the typical unpleasant in your face pressure you feel at other dealerships. Eric spent a lot of time with me going through the car and answering all of my questions. I felt like I got a good deal on a great car and definitly would do business with them again. I have had prior experience with their service department with my old Subaru and really enjoyed working with Bill who is an excellent mechanic.

Bob is a very nice man but was not informative about the Cars. During our first visit he had no brochures about the car I was interested in and couldnt keep the different models straight. I originally was shopping on-line to purchase the Outback. I new what I wanted in the car and price was a major factor. Eric Kosa responded almost immediately in spite of it being late in the day. He made me a great offer.
My persuit of the best AWD system available led me to Subaru and Bob Cichocki (Subaru Bob) the very best Sales Person I have ever encountered. I informed him up-front that I was researching and not ready to purchase but when I was ready I would purchase from him because of his patience/expertise and no preasure tactic of sale.
Good people to work with, very easy to make a deal and walk away with a car. Was given a quote online...and they kept their word: didnt add any hidden costs, car was exactly as advertised, etc. Also, they did everything to make the process easy for me, didnt try to sell me on any other cars or pressure me into doing anything I didnt want to do. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Troncalli dealerships are long time and well known dealerships with quality reputations. Wanting a Subaru, it was a no-brainer to visit Troncalli Subaru. And, a trusted friend, a long time Subaru owner just purchased his 5th Subaru here. As car buying experiences go, our dealings were well above average with everyone with whom we dealt. We feel we got a good deal on our trade. The Outback has thus far exceeded our expectaions. Given the need, we would return to Troncalli Subaru to purchase another vehicle.

It was for a brand new car in high demand and limited supply, and I didnt even have to haggle to get MSRP. Even gave me asking price for my trade-in. Wonderful.

I was very impressed by the Subaru Tribeca and Subaru Bob. What is more important is that my father was impressed with Subaru. He has seen cars inside and out, wrecked and whole. He was surprised by the power-train and the explanation of the Subarus versus other companies. We are normally a very strict GM family but when we were looking for myself car for when I move away, I began to look out side of our normal box for something that would suit my future needs. Bob was able to give us the information we needed and allowed us to test drive a Tribeca. He and the Tribeca have won us over. Over all it was a great experience.

After a full year of researching new cars for our college age daughter, we made the decision to purchase a Subaru 2012 Impreza Limited. My wife and I are dedicated Acura / Honda owners and switching to another brand came not without some soul searching.

Just purchased my first Subaru after 20 years as a Honda owner. Was not thrilled about look/feel/drivability of new Hondas I was looking at so I started to look at Subaru based on what I heard about quality. While the Outbacks quality helped sell itself, the help I got from everyone at Troncalli - Bobbi, Tom and Bob - has been top notch! This is my fifth new car buying experience and I can say that both the initial service I received and after-the-sale follow up form Troncalli has been incomparable. I highly recommend checking them out.
This was our first experience with buying a new car or any car at a dealership. We were a bit aprehensive about it, but Chris was wonderful about going over everything with us and made the process very easy.
These folks have always bent over backwards to make our stay as short and enjoyable as possible. Always willing to take the time to explain things and answer questions. They are always great hosts, and even though we have to drive an hour and a half to get there, we always enjoy our visit. Oh, and did I mention they have great coffee.
I was in the market for the 2012 Impreza. After internet shopping and obtaining quotes from all Subaru dealerships in reasonably close to the Atlanta area, these guys came back with the quote that the others wouldnt meet. I ordered a Subaru 12 Hatchback from them in late Fall, 2011. There were several delays in my order process that caused me to not be able to take actual delivery of the car until March this year. That being said, this dealer worked with the distributor/manufacturer to get me compensational perks from Subaru that made the delay tolerable. During the whole process they ensured me I could have my deposit back at any time, the price would stay the same on the car, and the price would remain the same on my trade in regardless of the amount of miles I put on it from November to March. The dealer did everything they could to make a tricky situation better. That being said, I would recommend this dealer to my friends due to lower prices, and great customer service.
I have owned 8 Subarus with the last 4 from Troncalli. They are great from Sales to Service! What more can you say-Great Product, Great Service, and Great Staff!!!!

They went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed. I live more than 1.5 hrs away from the dealership and they made sure I was taken care of and the work completed in a timely fashon. They could have charged me more than they did , but they were more concerned about fixing my problem and making sure I was happy I feel I treated very well and if I had a question they went out of there way to help me understand about the problem with the vehicle and the best way to get it corrected without breaking the bank. I will find a way to keep coming back for my service even though the distance to the dealership will be a challange. Thank you Trocalli Service Department for you great service.
I was attemting to purchase a new vehicle and I was trading in my 2007 outback which had 22,000 miles on it. I had a price of the trade from Kelly Blue book and the price that I recieved was $2,000 lower than the price the blue book had given me. As a result of my visit at this dealership I purchesed a new 2012 Legecy and traded in my 2009 legacy at another dealership and was very happy. As a former manager of a Subaru dealership and a son who has been employed as a Suberu service manager for 22 years
I have purchased two Bajas from Troncalli and all service has been done by Troncalli. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and will continue to use them. Conrad is always prompt in settng up my appointments. If I wait for my vehicle, he makes sure Im comfortable and keeps me updated on whats going on with my service. And he offers a free wash if I have time. Bill takes excellent care of my car. He has done almost all of the service work and I have never had to bring it back for any reason. He takes time to explain repairs and I really appreciate that. Mark is on top of the parts department. Only once or twice have I had to wait for a part and it was usually for a special order - not service related. All in all, these guys are the best!
The Sales & Service Staff are 5 STAR. I bought a 2010 Legacy two years ago and recently a 2011 Tribeca. Prior to that I had been leasing my Subarus from them. Tom and Bob made the sales experience painless. They were very thorough and are the reason I love conducting business with Troncalli Subaru. The service department goes the extra mile to ensure your investment stays protected and running in top condition. Conrad, Bill and George have been servicing and repairing my wifes and my cars for several years. They are very thorough to ensure our cars stay in peak condition. My wife travels a lot and this gives me peace of mind knowing her car is going to operate safely and perform well. I trust these guys with the care of her vehicle. Conrad, Bill & George are very customer focused and that is why I will continue to conduct businesss there now and in the future.

Great staff. Bobbi was our sales associate. No pressure sales. Michael in finance was professional and explained everything in detail. It was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle that the sales associate went over the car manual. I would buy from them again and would refer them. We drove from Dallas GA to Cumming to purchase our Subaru.
Dont waste your time. The salespeople are really helpful when it comes to taking your money and getting you into one of their vehicles, but thats about as good as it gets. The service department is absolutely terrible. For starters, my turbo went out so I brought it to them to fix. After repairs were made, I picked up my car and got no further than 9 miles down the road before i lost oil pressure. Once the tow truck picked me up and we got back to the dealership, it was determined that the motor needed to be overhauled. Now after this happened it ran decently for the next 30k miles except the bearing noise, messed up starter which would grind on the flywheel, and some other minor repairs which were neglected to be repaired at my request. Then the motor started knocking. Once again, I bring it back to see whats up. Without performing any type of mechanical test or taking anything off of the vehicle, they could tell me it needed a short block and a turbo. This sounded absolutely ridiculous, so I called every Subaru dealership in the state of Georgia, and not one of them had these unheard of amazing diagnostic skills. They are NOT a credited member of the Better Business Bureau, so that wont get you anywhere, and Subaru of America doesnt want to do anything to help. Now they expect me to PAY them to take it apart and determine whether it was a latent defect from previous repairs(which they assured me is not possible because they dont make mistakes....ever).
Everything went very well as George L. always does exceptional work. We are very pleased with Georges professionalism. FYI, we drive over an hour each way just to have George service our Subarus.
Buying the car was a great experience and service is great also. Subaru dealers really care about their customers. The salesman was concerned about what I paid and continued to check on my satisfaction for three months after the sale. I have had two services since I purchase the car and both were very smooth.
